Mr. Bryant is co-founder of the company and serves as the President and CEO. Prior to establishing Pledge Financial Services, Mr. Bryant spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry, having held executive positions in both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. During his tenure with a multinational, public pawn company, Mr. Bryant served in a variety of management positions and ultimately was promoted to divisional leadership with direct P&L responsibility of over $40MM in assets. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Bryant founded, built, and, as CEO, managed one of the premier regional pawn chains in the U.S., which was purchased by a publicly-held competitor. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bryant has managed and/or participated in over $300 million in merger and acquisition transactions in the pawn space.
Mr. Bryant studied business at Concordia University-Texas and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.
Mr Stouch joined Pledge in 2023, bringing over 35 years of financial and accounting experience with him. Initially tasked with building a scalable infrastructure to support the anticipated growth of the company, his operational knowledge of the pawn industry will add value to all aspects of the organization. Chuck spent the first ten years of his career in public accounting. He then moved on to the financial services industry where he held various Executive positions in both a $1B global publicly traded company and private equity backed organizations. He has lived and worked abroad; in Canada, United Kingdom and several other European countries where his primary responsibilities were building a “Shared Services” organizational structure, executing acquisitions and company integrations. Mr Stouch recently helped facilitate the divestiture of his former company which he helped build to over 100 pawn stores in US and Canada.
Mr. Stouch graduated from York College of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Accounting and Management; and later a Masters in Finance from University of St Mary (Summa cum laude). He spends his spare time with his wife and two young daughters. He enjoys basketball, golf, fishing and traveling with his family highlighted by Running with the Bulls in Pamplona Spain; and swimming with great white sharks in Cape Town, South Africa.
